(More customer reviews)The page may say that this product is compatable with the W385, but it is not. If you call Motorola customer service (1-800-331-4575)they will verify this. Unfortunately, I called them after I purchased and installed this product. I would rate this item with no stars if Amazon would let me because it is completely useless to anyone with a W385.
