(More customer reviews)Item arrived in decent condition and appeared to be as decribed. Did not perform the charging function, or the "hot-sync-ing", as described. Computer would not recognize Sonic V37 when plugged into usb port.
Overall, does not appear to work as specified or desired.
Since it is the ONLY cable of this type on the market, that I could find, I will keep trying to get it to work. As of the first few determined tries to have it function, it appears to be a bad idea.
Don't have the time or patience to bother with the return/exchange BS.
Through no fault of Amazon or Gomadic Co., I loose again.DN
